4 muscle-group focused and 2 total body strength and conditioning workouts each week. Workouts follow a monthly program designed to make you stronger, more powerful, and build your endurance. 

 

Members also have access to all Homewerk HR30, abs, stretching and prehab classes.

QUICKWERK

Imagine your favorite workouts, but in an express, 30-minute form. All strength, no conditioning. Appropriate for all levels, as long as you know basic squat, hinge, push and pull technique.

What do I get?

Want a quick, efficient strength workout? Quickwerk is for you. Quickwerk classes follow 6-week programs that will make you strong and fit in only 90 minutes each week.

Three 30 minute strength classes each week, available live or via recording library.

Members also have access to all Homewerk HR30, abs, stretching and prehab classes.

ADDITIONAL CLASSES

HR30 & SSS

The perfect workout if you are short on time, don't have any equipment, or just want a major sweat! You can take these 20-30 minute classes either as bodyweight cardio on the mat, or as any cardio (running, walking, cycling, rowing, etc) intervals.

15-MINUTE ABS

15-minute core workout on your mat. The most important foundation to building strength!

STRETCH & RECOVER

15 minute stretching classes to help you recover from your workouts and improve mobility.

PREHAB

Strength, mobility and flexibility to help you prevent injuries and spend dedicated time on mobilizing joints. Classes are focused on different muscle groups.
